Founding driving force of RLP moves to pastures new

As of May, Karl Napieralla, OBE, Director of Education, Leisure and Lifelong Learning at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, who was one of the founders of the RLP, is going to be working with the Welsh Government in a new post of Head of Local Authority Intervention and Support and Consortium Capacity Building.

‘Building a Culture of Entrepreneurship – Skills Development for Economic Growth’ is a free two day conference that will showcase regional, national and international entrepreneurial skills development. The conference will celebrate the excellent practice and raise awareness of the importance of entrepreneurial skills and support to the region and its future economy.
