Diane is responsible for facilitating and supporting the work of the RLP Adult Community Learning Sub-Group. In addition, Diane facilitates a one-stop-shop access service entitled ‘Un Sir Gar’, which is an initiative developed to support clients with learning and employment needs in Carmarthenshire.

Gaynor is responsible for supporting the RLP Manager in the strategic delivery of the RLP and maintaining the infrastructure of the Partnership. Other aspects of the role include leading further development of the Regional Learning & Skills Observatory.

Kieran’s role is to carry out research and publish reports through the ‘Regional Skills Learning Observatory (RLSO) and to develop a coordinated approach to the collection of labour market information through a network of employer liaison professionals active within South West Wales.

Paul is responsible for the management and delivery of the E-Portal pilot project. The project will be developed and piloted within the City and County of Swansea until March 2013, after which it is planned to be rolled out across the South West Wales Region.

Sara is the WLGA Regional Co-ordinator for Central and South West Wales having been involved with the RLP since its inception in September 2007. She works with the six local authorities in the region and supports the WLGA Regional Partnership Board for Central & South West Wales which comprises Carmarthenshire CC, Ceredigion CC, Neath Port Talbot CBC, Pembrokeshire CC, Powys CC and the City and County of Swansea.
